Written up in Town & Country Magazine. This lucious caramel icing filled between four layers of moist rich chocolate cake is my favorite! Caroline made this recipe when she lived in South Carolina. She wraps it in beautiful heavy cellophane and places it in a gorgeous red tin with a cover. All ready to give. 9 inch, serves 12-14, 5 lbs.
